Role summary

- Expertise in GMP requirements, ICH guidelines, EP and USP standards, FDA and EMA guidance
- Technical knowledge of analytical methods: HPLC, UPLC, electrophoresis, ELISA, spectrophotometry
- Experience in stability/QC/analytical R&D and project or program management
What you'll be doing
- Manage and support a team of laboratory analysts with resource allocation and scheduling
- Monitor daily operations for quality compliance and project timeliness; update LIMS and review billing accuracy
- Prepare, review, and approve study protocols, reports, and technical documentation
- Review laboratory data for quality compliance; oversee investigations, audits, and client regulatory interactions
- Coordinate project activities across internal departments; assist in SOP implementation and quality improvements
