What you'll be doing
- Oversee facility cleaning operations, conduct inspections, verify SOP adherence, and implement corrective actions
- Manage onboarding, deliver structured training, and maintain compliance records for cleaning staff
- Coordinate with Engineering team on maintenance requests and facility fit-and-finish standards
- Serve as liaison with Contamination Manager, participate in meetings, and drive process improvements
- Manage site uniform programme, coordinate training for skill development, and support continuous improvement initiatives
