What you'll be doing

Lead operational strategy and end-to-end delivery of global clinical studies
Own study timelines, budgets, quality, risks and key operational deliverables
Provide strategic leadership to global cross-functional study teams and drive decisions
Oversee CRO selection, performance management and vendor escalation
Ensure studies remain compliant with ICH-GCP, regulations and inspection-readiness requirements
