Role summary

Danaher seeks a Global Manufacturing Security Lead to establish and oversee operational technology security strategy across 15+ manufacturing businesses. This remote role requires a senior technical leader to advance OT security practices, govern enterprise standards, and partner with global security and technology teams to embed controls throughout the manufacturing environment.

Proven track record operating as business and technology leader with CIOs and security functions
Deep expertise in OT security architecture, IT/OT segmentation, and industrial frameworks
Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISA-99, and OT protocols (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs)
Experience authoring OT security policies and standards across enterprise industrial organizations
Understanding of adversary tactics and techniques targeting manufacturing environments

What you'll be doing

Lead OT security best practices across manufacturing portfolio including segmentation, asset inventory, monitoring, and remote access controls
Own OT security strategy, architecture, and platform roadmap with final approval authority for major architectural decisions
Partner with global security functions and operating companies to align security priorities and embed controls
Establish OT security standards, author enterprise policies, and conduct security assessments against frameworks
Translate threat intelligence and emerging manufacturing cyber threats into defensive priorities and investment decisions
