Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in applied statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, operations research, or related quantitative field
12+ years relevant experience in evidence synthesis and statistical analyses in pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting settings (or 14+ years for Bachelor's degree holders)
Expertise in research design, survival analysis, and treatment effect estimation methodologies
Proficiency with Excel, WinBugs, OpenBugs, JAGS, R, or Python for modeling and statistical work
Experience designing and leading health economic analyses including cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, and budget impact models
Strong English communication skills with ability to communicate complex analyses to diverse stakeholders
Experience with AI/ML techniques and Bayesian statistics preferred

What you'll be doing

Design and provide methodological leadership in meta-analyses, network meta-analyses, indirect treatment comparisons, and survival analyses
Design and lead health economic models including cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, and budget impact analyses at all product development stages
Ensure quality standards and assess implementation of new methodologies and analytical techniques
Conduct statistical analyses of clinical trials and real-world evidence; develop technical documentation for analyses and models
Collaborate with HEOR Product Leads on analyses aligned with product strategy and monitor evolving HTA guidelines
