What they're looking for

Doctorate degree, or Master's with 3+ years Medical Affairs experience, or Bachelor's with 5+ years Medical Affairs experience
Preferred: PharmD, PhD, MD, or DO
1+ years Medical Affairs experience preferred
4+ years medically related field experience, including 1 year clinical practice, research, or post-doctoral training
Current or recent experience in Scientific Affairs or Medical Affairs at biotech/pharmaceutical company preferred
Cardiometabolic and/or obesity expertise preferred

What you'll be doing

Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions with opinion leaders and healthcare providers on obesity and related conditions
Engage with clinical investigators and research sites to support obesity pipeline development
Communicate clinical, scientific, and economic data to institutional decision makers within assigned networks
Support Amgen-sponsored research studies and liaison with potential external research investigators
Present field insights and observations to internal stakeholders to inform strategic planning
