Role summary
Amgen seeks a legal counsel to advise the commercial operations and value access team on regulatory and contractual matters related to biopharmaceutical pricing, contracting, and marketing in the United States. - Draft and negotiate pricing, supply, and value-based agreements with healthcare entities
- Oversee pricing agreement interpretation, contract enforcement, and dispute resolution
- Analyze and approve promotional, educational, and sales/marketing materials and programs
- Develop training for commercial staff on legal and regulatory requirements for biopharmaceutical activities
