Role summary
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Genesis I&A Consultant to deliver onsite and remote consulting services to hospital customers implementing da Vinci and Ion surgical systems. The role focuses on staff training, process optimization, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful program adoption and sustained performance.

- Bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences, life sciences, or equivalent technical training
- 5+ years professional healthcare or hospital management experience
- Detailed knowledge of medical device reprocessing regulations and standards (ISO, MDR)
- Experience with complex medical device handling, reprocessing, and troubleshooting
- Fluent in English and local language; ability to travel overnight up to 70%
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude

- Develop expertise in Intuitive technology, instrument reprocessing, and troubleshooting protocols
- Conduct onsite and remote staff training and educational initiatives with targeted customers
- Provide consulting services on program readiness, standardization, efficiency, and cost optimization
- Support complex customer engagements and formulate customized solutions with internal teams
- Track progress, analyze data, and communicate recommendations to hospital stakeholders
