Role summary
Lead marketing strategy and execution for surgical product and digital portfolios across Spain and Portugal, including da Vinci systems and digital solutions. Develop go-to-market strategies, build key opinion leader relationships, and drive product adoption across multiple surgical specialties.

- Ability to travel 20-30% including international travel

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for da Vinci systems, advanced technology, instruments, and digital portfolios
- Create go-to-market strategies for new products through collaboration with clinical, sales, and training leadership
- Develop reference centers and clinical/economic value stories to accelerate technology adoption
- Identify and scale best practices through key opinion leaders to improve regional adoption variation
- Collaborate with European marketing and sales at conferences, tradeshows, and customer events to drive product demonstrations
