Strong knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practices and applicable country regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and clinical trial database systems (GoBalto, eTMF)
Excellent English language skills and local language proficiency as needed
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities according to task matrices and study requirements
Perform file reviews (department, internal, country, and investigator) and document findings in appropriate systems
Maintain study-specific documentation and manage systems including study team lists, training tracking, and eTMF records
Support regulatory document tracking, investigator site file distribution, and document transmission to clients and IRB/IEC
Analyze study metrics and reconcile findings reports to assist with resolution of documentation issues
