What you'll be doing

Manage external contract testing lab projects including SOW drafting and progress meetings
Establish Single Point of Contact model and maintain strategic partnerships with testing labs
Coordinate resource planning, budgeting, and contracting for external analytical work
Ensure testing labs comply with applicable processes, SOPs, and Quality Agreements
Drive process improvements and recommend transitions between internal and external work streams
