Role summary
Finance Manager role supporting Baxter's BardyDx cardiac monitoring business, serving as primary financial partner to Revenue Cycle Management and field operations leadership. What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary finance partner to Revenue Cycle Management leadership on cash collection, performance analysis, and forecasting
- Partner with IDTF leadership across multiple service centers on volume forecasting, capacity planning, and operational scaling
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and analytical frameworks for operational and financial performance visibility
- Create and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and Power BI reporting solutions for key performance indicators
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to operational leaders and executive stakeholders
