Role summary

What you'll be doing

Supervise field service engineer team managing schedules and equipment installation, repair, and modification across assigned territory
Manage regional service schedules and coordinate technical work to support all cardiovascular products
Respond to emergency service requests, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and maintain performance records
Provide guidance to customers including physicians, nurses, and hospital biomedical engineers on system operation and satisfaction issues
