What you'll be doing

Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at clinical facilities and patient homes
Perform preventative maintenance including calibrations, upgrades, and system verification
Provide first and second-level technical support to customers including after-hours coverage
Document service activities, manage spare inventory, and report parts usage within ERP systems
Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to support product improvements
