Willingness to work after-hours and rotating on-call schedule including weekends

What you'll be doing

Perform preventative maintenance, field modifications, and service bulletins on designated equipment
Assist experienced field engineers with equipment installation and basic troubleshooting
Maintain customer service logs, internal records, and manage repair part ordering
Communicate with customers to ensure issue resolution and follow-up for satisfaction
Answer service calls independently within one year and identify sales opportunities with customers
