Role summary

Field Service Engineer II role supporting installation, maintenance, and repair of LCMS and HPLC analytical instruments at customer sites. Candidates will troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide customer training, and maintain compliance documentation across research, pharmaceutical, and industrial environments.

Familiarity with Chromeleon or comparable chromatography data-system software
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50–75% within assigned territory
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office; relevant technical certifications advantageous

What you'll be doing

Install, commission, maintain, and repair LCMS and HPLC instruments at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, vacuum, software, and system-level issues
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with performance verification following established procedures
Provide technical training to customers on instrument operation, maintenance, and best practices
Complete accurate field service reports and communicate feedback to internal product and quality teams
