Mechanical, computer, verbal, and written communication skills
Current immunizations required including hepatitis B, influenza, MMR, varicella, TB/PPD, tetanus, and COVID-19

What you'll be doing

Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD Pyxis systems at healthcare facilities within assigned region
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve work orders for hardware and software issues; escalate as needed to leadership
Implement preventive maintenance programs and perform installations, repairs, calibration, and sales support activities
Maintain small parts inventory and document all field activities, expenses, and work order tracking accurately
Support sales and implementation teams while developing expertise in company products through ongoing training
