Mechanical, computer, verbal, and written communication skills
Hospital pharmacy technician or biomedical experience preferred

What you'll be doing

Respond to work orders, diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for Pyxis systems
Implement preventive maintenance programs and perform installations, repairs, and calibrations
Maintain small parts inventory and document all field activity, expenses, and work order details
Provide technical support to sales and implementation teams as needed
Escalate complex issues to team leadership and manage customer complaint handling
