Strong knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, fluidics, and laboratory software interfaces
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to lift 50 lbs

What you'll be doing

Perform installations, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on laboratory instruments
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently using diagnostic tools and manuals
Provide customer training on equipment operation and basic maintenance
Maintain service records and spare parts inventory through CRM system
Travel extensively to customer sites within the designated region on short notice

Compensation$38/hour + depending upon experience
