  • Proven ability interfacing with internal teams and external customers in solution-based service
  • Customer concern troubleshooting and responsiveness skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and web applications
  • Must pass background check, drug screening, and comply with customer access and immunization policies

What you'll be doing

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, installation, validation, and maintenance on assigned imaging equipment
  • Lead and coach less experienced Field Engineers while managing customer escalations and issue resolution
  • Serve as primary customer contact and account community member, proactively communicating status and identifying sales opportunities
  • Maintain service records, coordinate parts ordering, manage cycle times, and lead team or modality meetings
  • Partner with customers to recommend value-added services and work with region/zone leadership on corrective action plans
Compensation$100,720-$151,080 annual, plus performance-based incentive compensation
