What you'll be doing

Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, installation, validation, and maintenance on assigned imaging equipment
Lead and coach less experienced Field Engineers while managing customer escalations and issue resolution
Serve as primary customer contact and account community member, proactively communicating status and identifying sales opportunities
Maintain service records, coordinate parts ordering, manage cycle times, and lead team or modality meetings
Partner with customers to recommend value-added services and work with region/zone leadership on corrective action plans

Compensation$100,720-$151,080 annual, plus performance-based incentive compensation
