Role summary
BD seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide remote and on-site technical support for automated dispensing systems across the Los Angeles region, including government facilities. - Ability to lift 85 lbs frequently and 115 lbs occasionally
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent preferred
What you'll be doing
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for automated dispensing systems including DoD and DHA facilities
- Respond to, evaluate, and resolve work orders; diagnose and repair hardware and software components
- Execute preventive maintenance programs and perform installations, calibrations, and general technical support
- Document service activities, expenses, and time logs accurately; maintain spare parts inventory
- Build customer relationships through professional communication and partner with sales and implementation teams
