Role summary

Field Service Engineer III provides technical support for advanced imaging and robotic-assisted surgical systems throughout the San Antonio area. What you'll be doing

Install, inspect, verify, maintain, troubleshoot, and de-install O-arm, imaging, AiBLE, and Mazor systems
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to minimize equipment downtime
Coordinate service activities with customers and internal partners to ensure timely completion
Analyze field service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities for products and processes
Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to distributors, partners, and qualified customer representatives
