What you'll be doing
- Install, modify, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on life science equipment and software systems
- Interface with customers to maintain service level agreements and satisfaction within contract terms
- Obtain equipment service and operation certifications as defined by organization
- Submit service reports, status updates, and weekly system performance summaries with root cause analysis
- Assist with sample migration from old to new formats and load into customer storage systems
Compensation$39.50 - $49.50 per hour
