What you'll be doing

Provide advanced remote and on-site technical support for digital pathology equipment to North American markets
Respond to repair, installation, preventative maintenance, and service calls with technical expertise
Communicate equipment trends, parts issues, and quality concerns to relevant departments
Develop and disseminate technical bulletins and conduct service excellence calls with best practices
Collaborate with product management to identify declining quality trends and develop countermeasures

Compensation$45.00 - $50.00 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus/incentive pay
