Role summary

Ability to read schematics and interpret technical documentation
Oracle software experience preferred; solid general computer skills required

What you'll be doing

Perform on-site repair and preventative maintenance on Integra-manufactured medical equipment
Diagnose and resolve technical issues using structured troubleshooting processes
Manage service-call scheduling, parts inventory, and administrative tasks independently
Document service activities in Oracle and communicate with internal teams, manufacturing, and sales
Provide repair evaluations and technical support to field sales teams and customers
