Role summary

Agilent seeks a Field Service Engineer to support security and detection customers through on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of systems in airport and aviation environments. The role involves 4-5 days weekly field travel across the Denver/Boulder/Frederick area, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking products.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in physical science, engineering, or equivalent experience
4+ years experience as service technician, process engineer, or customer-facing field position
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for customer site access
Valid US passport and driver's license required
Capability to travel up to 75% overnight
Spectroscopy experience highly desirable

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and resolve product performance issues on-site at customer locations
Deliver fully integrated solutions including hardware, software, and operating systems support
Advise customers on preventive maintenance and system configurations to optimize performance
Serve as internal technical resource and manage product escalations with internal teams
Deliver technical training and calibrate equipment as needed for customers

Compensation$43.12-$67.37/hr plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
