- Develop and execute account plans building reimbursement confidence with physician offices and support staff
- Educate accounts on support services to ensure patient access and track service impact metrics
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to educate provider offices on coverage and coding for Regeneron products
- Guide healthcare professionals in resolving reimbursement barriers while adhering to company policies
- Update customers on reimbursement requirements, payer trends, and policy changes using approved materials
