Role summary
Field-based role in oncology reimbursement and access support serving healthcare providers in Florida. Responsible for educating on patient support programs, specialty pharmacy networks, payer policies, and managing key accounts while maintaining territory relationships.
What they're looking for
- Oncology or hematology-oncology experience with physician-administered therapies and buy-and-bill products
- Deep knowledge of medical coding, billing, prior authorization, and payer policies across Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D
- Strong ability to communicate technical reimbursement and coding requirements at national and regional levels
- Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
- Health care industry representative credentialing eligibility and ability to pass background checks and drug screens
- Excellent territory and account management skills
What you'll be doing
- Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs and specialty pharmacy distribution options
- Communicate payer policies, coding changes, and appropriate claims submission processes to providers
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in assigned territory
- Report payer trends and market insights to internal Patient Services and account management teams
- Collaborate with oncology stakeholders on key account management and access issue resolution
