Role summary
Field-based role supporting oncology healthcare providers with patient access and reimbursement education. Manages territory relationships while tracking payer trends and ensuring compliance with healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements.

- Healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing eligibility and background check clearance
- Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
- Territory and account management skills
What you'll be doing
- Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs and specialty pharmacy/distribution options
- Communicate payer policies, coding changes, and claims submission requirements to providers
- Report payer trends and market insights to internal Patient Services and account management teams
- Build and maintain relationships with providers within assigned territory
- Collaborate with oncology stakeholders on key account management and access issues
