Role summary
Amgen seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support the Bone Health business unit across New England, managing patient access and reimbursement for defined accounts. - Master's degree plus 3 years customer service/leadership experience, or equivalent education/experience combination

- Strong medical reimbursement experience and specialty pharmacy or buy & bill knowledge
- Proven presentation, facilitation, and written/oral communication skills
- Project management experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based meeting platforms
- Experience with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers across a geographic region
What you'll be doing
- Provide on-site coverage support to healthcare providers for reimbursement issue resolution and patient access
- Guide providers through prior authorization, appeals, denials, and insurance forms from physician order through reimbursement
- Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage changes and product benefit designs across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
- Serve as regional payer expert, monitoring and communicating coverage changes to key stakeholders
- Coordinate access and reimbursement issues with internal hub and cross-functional partners
