- Serve as reimbursement expert for local field teams and address critical patient access and affordability issues
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers in assigned immunology accounts and manage territory logistics
- Partner with managed care colleagues and internal departments to monitor policy changes and deliver access solutions
