Role summary

- Educate practice staff on Crinetics patient programs, policies, and access resources
- Coordinate with patient services, specialty pharmacies, and internal sales teams on complex cases
- Serve as reimbursement subject matter expert on payer policies, denials, and appeals
- Develop training materials and deliver education to sales, physicians, and pharmacy stakeholders
