Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Design and execute Launch Operational Plan with Strategic Account Management capability for Lupus and Nephrology
- Monitor field execution using analytics to identify barriers, best practices, and develop scalable action plans
- Establish Launch Brand Operational Annual Roadmap with KPIs, milestones, and governance structure
- Serve as central hub for field force excellence innovation and launch optimization feedback
- Develop quarterly deliverables including Franchise Opportunity Playbooks, Gap Assessments, and QBRs
