Role summary
BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Field Development Director to support Attruby's sales leadership team. The role bridges sales operations and field teams, involving field rides, analytics support, and management development opportunities while reporting to the SVP of Sales.

What you'll be doing
- Serve as liaison between Sales Operations and SVP of Sales on national initiatives and performance tracking
- Conduct field rides with Regional Sales Directors and Territory Sales Specialists to share best practices and strengthen execution
- Gain hands-on leadership experience through mentorship from Area Sales Director and participation in RSD preparation and hiring
- Provide coverage in key geographies and underperforming territories to ensure field support and business continuity
- Collaborate across regions through weekly meetings to share best practices and align on new initiatives
