Role summary
Bio-Techne seeks a Field Applications Scientist specializing in immunoassay analysis to provide technical support and pre- and post-sales assistance for immunoassay instrumentation and assays. What you'll be doing
- Provide complex technical assistance on immunoassay platforms including assay design, data interpretation, and platform correlation
- Present scientific seminars to prospects and conduct product evaluations at customer sites
- Train and support scientists on instrument use, assay development, and data analysis for Luminex and Ella systems
- Deliver post-sales troubleshooting and assay development support in-person, virtually, and remotely
- Attend conferences and tradeshows; maintain customer relationships and gather feedback for internal teams
