What they're looking for

High school diploma plus two-year technical school certificate or equivalent plant maintenance experience
6–10+ years relevant experience with 3–5 years in pharma/biotech GMP environments
Cleanroom HVAC and environmental controls expertise with ISO classification knowledge
Proficiency reading mechanical schematics, P&IDs, and electrical diagrams
Technical strength in air handlers, chillers, boilers, humidity control, and HEPA systems
Strong building automation system (BAS) and controls knowledge
Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work extended periods in varying temperatures

What you'll be doing

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot HVAC, chillers, refrigeration, and controlled-temperature systems including ultra-low freezers
Perform routine inspections of mechanical spaces, rooftops, and equipment to verify operation and identify abnormalities
Maintain water purification, steam systems, and chemical treatment equipment in compliance with GMP requirements
Execute general facility maintenance including minor carpentry, repairs, cleaning, and 5S workspace organization
Support alarm monitoring, emergency response, and coordinate with contractors on maintenance projects and investigations
