What you'll be doing

  • Oversee daily facilities operations including reception, security, maintenance, catering, office supplies, meeting support, and visitor management at Beijing research center
  • Manage space planning, office capacity analysis, resource allocation, and workplace governance through cross-functional committees and monthly operational reviews
  • Establish and manage employee feedback channels, coordinate workplace experience initiatives, and create communication materials for facility-related updates
  • Lead project transitions including new facility handovers, move coordination, air quality management, and operational readiness verification
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, global safety standards, and business continuity protocols; oversee security, access control, and major event logistics
