Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Facilities Management Intern for its Kentucky Distribution Center from May to August 2027. The intern will support engineering and property services teams in a pharmaceutical distribution facility, gaining hands-on experience in facilities engineering, capital projects, infrastructure systems, and GxP-regulated operations.

- Completed undergraduate freshman year at accredited university
- Currently pursuing bachelor's in mechanical, industrial, civil engineering, facilities management, or related field
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Permanently authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship requirement
What you'll be doing
- Assist with site master plans and facility improvement initiatives development
- Update building drawings and utility maps using AutoCAD and maintain facility documentation
- Support capital project planning, execution, and tracking activities
- Participate in infrastructure assessments of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and building systems
- Support GxP documentation including change controls, preventive maintenance records, and compliance activities
