Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Maintain facilities, utilities, labs, and cleanrooms in compliant, operational condition
- Monitor Building Management System alarms and respond to issues
- Conduct inspections to identify necessary maintenance and prevent equipment breakdowns
- Train junior staff in maintenance trades and safety procedures
- Assist management in planning preventative maintenance and ordering supplies
Compensation$32.92-$37.04 per hour plus annual performance bonus eligibility
