What you'll be doing
- Serve as key TA business partner to senior leaders across functions, geographies, and Kite
- Lead full-cycle recruiting teams responsible for high-impact, challenging-to-fill roles across enterprise
- Develop and execute global TA capabilities and strategy including employer brand, candidate experience, and sourcing
- Partner with TALT and stakeholders to establish new ways of working and transform TA model
- Build AI-ready TA team by assessing learning gaps and implementing upskilling plans
