Build scalable quality operating models supporting portfolio growth, global commercialization, and regulatory compliance
Lead quality oversight for process transfers, technical development, and risk management across CGT programs
Establish quality readiness strategies for commercialization, launch readiness, and product lifecycle management
Build and develop high-performing global quality organization with succession planning and talent development
