Role summary
Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Executive Director of Development Quality to provide strategic and operational quality leadership across all therapeutic areas from first-in-human through lifecycle management. This role partners with R&D and global development teams to drive GxP compliance, inspection readiness, and quality culture while serving as the senior quality business partner to drug development leadership.

- Serve as senior quality business partner to drug development, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs leadership
- Lead quality investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA management for quality events
- Provide strategic oversight to quality business partners supporting regulatory strategy, CMC submissions, and medical affairs
- Partner with governance bodies to identify, escalate, and mitigate quality and compliance risks
