Role summary

- Establish and oversee Ophthalmology Account Management Team including National Account Directors and Key Account Managers
- Participate in US Ophthalmology Leadership Team to shape franchise strategy and performance
- Serve as internal expert on key ophthalmology accounts and provide strategic counsel to senior leadership
- Provide executive sponsorship for key organized customer accounts and C-suite engagement
- Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing field team with accountability and professional growth focus
