What you'll be doing

Drive strategic vision and direction for API synthetic development activities
Direct design and scale-up of processes, instruments, and equipment from lab through manufacturing
Manage science and engineering to develop and implement process methods achieving cost effectiveness and quality
Plan development of new process formulas and establish equipment specifications for manufacturing
Act as liaison with research and commercial teams to ensure process compatibility
