What you'll be doing
- Manage service center facility and supervise couriers, samplers, and support personnel
- Act as primary client representative, resolve complaints, and coordinate project requirements with quality assurance and sales teams
- Schedule sample pickups and deliveries, prepare bottle orders, and arrange shipment to laboratories
- Maintain vehicle records, facility upkeep, and compliance with health and safety policies
- Build client relationships, visit sites, and provide courier services as needed
Compensation$23-26/hour
