Analyze existing workflows and advise on changes needed for new ADC product implementations
Partner with clinical and administrative stakeholders on solution design, implementation, and adoption
Facilitate change management, testing, and comprehensive training plans for customer transitions
Define desired outcomes and KPIs aligned with customer needs
