- Support NPI/NPD excellence by strengthening project plans, stage-gate readiness, and decision documentation
- Lead change management including stakeholder mapping, impact assessment, communications, and adoption reinforcement
- Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, governance routines, and provide data-driven leadership recommendations
