Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
Experience collecting and documenting test data and technical findings
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and safety
Onsite work five days per week in Waukesha, Wisconsin

What you'll be doing

Build, modify, and evaluate prototypes, fixtures, and test setups using drawings and specifications
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and system-level issues to identify root causes
Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment and data collection systems for engineering activities
Execute product tests, collect data, document results, and communicate findings to engineering teams
Support lab operations including equipment maintenance, calibration, and regulatory compliance
