Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Support project managers and directors in planning, tracking, and coordinating engineering project activities and deliverables
- Serve as liaison between project teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely communication and issue resolution
- Maintain project documentation, calendars, and administrative records; prepare reports and presentations
- Process purchase requisitions and manage systems including E-Cars, Catalyst, and Ariba platforms
- Orient new employees on departmental procedures and provide guidance on company policies
