Ability to travel 30-50% to supplier sites; proficiency with Microsoft Office and QMS software

What you'll be doing

Validate supplier processes during new product development and resolve quality claims post-launch
Drive supplier quality improvement programs and maintain scorecard process for performance tracking
Lead supplier audit program, conduct qualification assessments, and manage corrective/preventive actions
Collaborate cross-functionally on early-stage projects to ensure Design for Manufacturing and Critical to Quality alignment
Execute continuous improvement projects targeting cost of poor quality reduction and OEE enhancement
